DRAW IT!: Thinking Process - Renders

After experimenting with colour renders I had not arrived at the quality I had desired. As I am not used to water colours or painted renders in my previous experiences I had decided to stick with black and white layouts. This was advised by my tutors and helped to magnify the Fisher House's minimalist architecture.

Also after constant consultation from my tutors, I had provided them with sample renders for my floor plans. We had both decided that it be better to be done in pen rather than pencil as it was not bold enough. I had implemented use of the creative freedom given and added a few other things to my floor plans e.g. black dots to signify the unique wall material used (especially for the basement as they are rock walls).
